Helping Those That Help Others
This website and SEO agency focused so much on their clients that they forgot to take care of their digital marketing. Their goals were to get more leads to their website organically through localized search terms, create more engaging content online to showcase their offering and experience in various categories and reinvest in their digital presence to attract more clients.

Working with the SEO agency showed that they knew how to help their customers, but didn’t apply the same to their website as resources were to help clients first. In looking at their site, it was built and had a lot of great information, but some foundational on-page elements were missing. The header tags weren’t filled out correctly, meta titles and descriptions were unoptimized, and minute link-building had happened. Also, there wasn’t consistent content being created on the site.
To optimize those elements found after the audit, we had to do extensive keyword research to see what terms the website was currently ranking for. The research included a competitor’s keyword research to find potential new keywords that the agency’s website should rank for but didn’t. So, we mapped out targeted search terms to help Google crawl the site and understand how to index the information.
After looking at how to focus on selected keywords for each page, we were able to move on to completing on-page optimizations for the existing pages on the site to get them the traffic that they needed. But, we didn’t stop there. We created a content calendar for regularly creating and posting new blogs to the site to further solidify the expertise of the agency on many variations of topics about the services offered.
Finally, we worked to build backlinks to the site by reaching out to other companies about the content that we had and were creating to have external websites with the authority to mention the content. Combined, these efforts cultivated a steady improvement in the website as highlighted in the results below.
The agency achieved a 53.16% increase in conversions by reaching the right potential customers with their content.
Due to our efforts, their organic ranking for the keyword ‘Utah Web Design’ improved from 4th to 1st position on the SERPs.
As the organic rankings increased, new people became interested in their site resulting in a 126.25% increase in new organic sessions.
